Era of Authenticity - Episode 11

In this episode, I sat down and responded to some of the comments, questions I've gotten on social media around spirituality, religion, ancestors, authenticity, and the way people react when someone chooses to think differently.

We talked about everything from Miss Cleo and spiritual gifts to Christianity, the Bible, ancestral connection, and why so many people struggle to let others walk their own path without judgment. Some moments were funny, some were intense, and some may really challenge your beliefs.

More than anything, this conversation reminded me that we are living in an era where people are craving authenticity and real honesty.

Whether you agree with me or not, I want this space to be one where people can question, think, reflect, and be fully themselves without fear.

Let's begin. Let the spirit speak. So we're gonna have our single today, clearing out any negative energy or any interruptions while we have this conversation. All right. So today we're going to answer some questions and comment on some comments on the Jesus is your ancestor. And I hope you're ready.

All right, Leroy. Okay. Is that John the Conqueror root or high John in your piece on your neck?

Oh, I like that question. Do I work with John the Conqueror root? Yes. And do I also work with High John? But this little thing right here is called a prophecy stone. It is from Egypt. And it came to me by way of New Mexico when my wife and I went to New Mexico for literally like five hours because we were close and I wanted to go. And I went to a crystal shop and I picked this up. Believe it or not, I picked this up two years ago. And when I started doing this and knew that I wanted to come, it came to me because I opened my drawer and it was sitting right there. And I had to look it up to see even what it was. And I found out what it was. They're not rare, but they're really hard to get because they come from Egypt. And a lot of people wanted to know what my necklace was. And my head, again, is Agayu. That's who I will crown. That is who my father is. And so I wear a Saint Christopher on my necklace to represent him because I'm not crowned yet. So and I love this because this is just, you know, he they've been with me. And those two things I wear consistently on a consistent basis because I'm a prophet and that's who protects me. Thank you for answering. Scarlet Drive. Y'all, she's saying in the wrong tone. Yeah. And the spoken word. So this one, you know, people. Oh, this is an interaction between two folks on here. And I kind of want to get your take on it. Let's roll it. All right. So this one came from somebody named It's Nay. And It's Nay says, Our ancestors are dead. The dead knows nothing. Then somebody responds to them. NYC energy underscore says, Eek, didn't Jesus talk to his dead folks named Moses and Elijah? He even met with them to get their thoughts. But I guess the dead know nothing.

Whoever energy is, I love you. Because I mean, first of all, the word ancestor means dead, so clearly they're dead. But remember, when you die, your flesh, this avatar, this thing, this dust to dust, it dies. But your spirit, what? It lives on. And so everything you learn literally is with you because your spirit man never dies. That's why they say your spirit never sleeps, right? Your body needs rest to replenish, but your spirit, man, and your unconscious and in your dream world and all of that, it still is. So you're always, oh, pretty much. So, you know, you, if you believe that your spirit, when you die, will know nothing, then bless you. However, when I die, I want my spirit to continue to know this knowledge. And if I do come back in a human form again as a baby, I pray. I'm speaking to my own spirit right now. When I get reincarnated, if I have to be reincarnated again, please remember these lessons so we don't do this thing again, that we are better off the next time around. Because, baby, this is not all for not. This is for a reason. This is for a purpose. You were chosen, you were called.

Y'all want to know something funny? I got some Miss Cleo cards. No lie. I wanted to cross my lid, but I don't want to knock the table over. Let's see it. Let me tell y'all something. Here's the thing. I think that Miss Cleo was truly misrepresented. I think that did she have a gift? Yes. I think we all have gifts, we all have callings, all have things that gets to bastardize. I think that she had a knowing that was uh beyond what these people um really gave way to. I think that she was used, misused, just like the church misuses us when we're younger or when we're newly starting out in spirituality, I think that that is what happened to her. I do not think that she did not have a gift. I think that when she read those cards, those cards were correct. I think that what happened was they wanted to capitalize, right? Meaning they wanted this off of her gift. And how many of us get people to use us based on our gifts? Then we start going down roads that we would have never entered in had we not entered into a contract with these people that wanted to bastardize our gifts. So I am not gonna be Miss Cleo in two years because at the end of the day, that's not my path to walk. I am real. I live in authenticity, I work in authenticity, I operate in authenticity in my life on camera and in my life off camera. You won't have to worry about that. People that knew me before this podcast became what it is, and people who will know me after this podcast, baby, you not have to worry about that. I will not give you Miss Cleo. I will always be true and real. I don't hide, I don't hide my hand, I don't throw rocks and not tell you I throw them. Matter of fact, I'm in your face while I'm throwing it, so that you can understand that. You know, it is what it is. I'm human like you, I don't claim to be. Um, but never will I give you um what happened with Miss Cleo because I will not sign those contracts that Miss Cleo signed. That's just the truth. She she got in bed with the wrong devil, and I am aware of what the devil card looks like.

Really? I was talented. Really? I'm not mad at that though, because Miss Cleo was a talented reader. She was a talented. I think that she just didn't know. Here's the difference between me and Miss Cleo. Miss Cleo did not know how to walk in her authenticity. And I came in walking in my authenticity. That's the difference between me and Miss Cleo. That's that's the God honest truth, is I recognize who I am, I know who I am, I stand in who I am, and I don't have a problem with you liking me or not. Fat, skinny, ugly, booger nose, no booger nose, nails done, no nails done. I'm me. And you can't be me, and I also can't be you. So I don't think that I think she got a bad rep because people were not really. If she were here today, it would be a different story because we are looking for authenticity. It's the era, it's the era, it's the era of authenticity, and I'm here for it.

All right, so Quamel Lavez, I apologize if I bushed it up. He says, well, technically, since Jesus is God, that would make him the greatest literal ancestor of humanity.

Let me say it like this. My greatest ancestor would be my own grandparents, because they were the ones that affected me in the most way possible as a human left now. I don't know Jesus. Never met him. I'm pretty sure, almost I'm 100% sure he ain't my ancestor. He ain't come from my bloodline. So for those that he's in their bloodline, then absolutely he would be their greatest ancestor, right? But he also was half human, half spirit. So does that technically make him like a human ancestor or like a demigod ancestor? I I do you believe in demigods? Do I believe they exist? Yes. I believe, yes, 100%. I believe that every deity has lived on this earth before. I believe my own deity has lived on this earth before a deity being M I A. They've all lived on this earth before. You know what I'm saying? So yes, I do that there they exist. I believe that that is how they become deities. So um, if you want to say Jesus is a deity, then you know, that's on you. I don't know. However, I think that we as humans put so much trust in this Bible that was created by humans, not demigods, not half human, half spirit, regular old sinning, born of the flesh, could have been born out of evil, people who blessed the Bible. Because why would we believe something that is contradictory to its own self? Because we as humans are taught to read, shut up, and obey, especially black humans, especially humans that look like me, um, or have hues within my skin tone, meaning light, bright, black, whatever, right? Y'all know what I'm talking about, black people. Okay. And I think that the problem with this is our power has been ciphered away from us because for generations, and I ain't talking about like your grandmother, then your mama, then you. That's just three generations. I'm talking about your great-great-great grandmother, right? Then your grandmother, then your mom, then you, then your children. We are given this Bible, and we're taught this is right, this is what's gonna happen. Don't question it, don't ask no questions, don't change your mind, don't do this, live by this and live in struggle because that's what they told us. But yet, we teach our children to think for yourself. I can think for myself in every avenue except for religion. I can literally make decisions for myself for the better me, except religion. Because if I don't follow this religion, then I'm out of order. God don't bless mess. Insane. This does not make sense to me. Like, again, if Christianity is where you have to be to be sober in your mind, body, soul, and spirit, please just skip, skip this one. Because in this, I don't think that Christianity is anything but a tool of destruction. I love my people that love their Jesus. Okay, I love my people that love their religion of Christianity. I think that if you don't stand for something, you'll stand for anything. So I'm okay with you having something to stand on. But what I'm not okay with is if it cracked like a duck, it walked like a duck, the egg you saw it come out of was the shell of a duck, then beasty shit is a goddamn duck. I think that we are taught to defend something that ain't ours. It ain't ours. If you go and look at the map, which I'm going to make sure that we post a picture of it, 100,000 BC. Before Europeans came, before anybody else came, it was Africa. 100,000 BC. At 40,000 BC, that's 60,000 years. 60,000 years before the next race was even on the earth. Europeans came. Do you not understand that Christianity did not come into play until 33 BC? What the hell you think they was worshiping? What the hell do you think they was doing? Do you think that they didn't believe in God? Do you think that there wasn't a system in place? Did you not think that there were rituals and things done? Come on. Like, it's not that there's not a place, right, for it. But we take a book that is full of nothing but parables, literal examples, meaning literary examples. So I want y'all to understand I got some education, okay? It's nothing but things like that and metaphors and like you really think Jesus took two fishes and five loaves of bread and fed 5,000 people? Or you think that the point of the story was that he took what he had and he asked it to be blessed, and it became blessed, and it was able to afford him a way to feed the masses. Because that's the point of the story. He took your little paycheck that you get for $500 a week. Maybe that's a lot. I don't know. Is that a lot? I don't know. He took your paycheck and you asked him to bless it, and he stretches that. And you are allowed to have that stretch because your faith in the God that's in you allows you the mentality to know how to make that stretch to the next $500. That's the same two fish and five blows of prayer. Okay.

But listen to me, this person blew my mind. Because if you are a person who believes in Jesus and you are a follower of Christ, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. So that means that anybody who died, they're now a demon. So that means that I'm not with God. We're all, we all turn into hellions as soon as we leave this body, but I thought the flesh is what made us weak and that our spirit is what is pure. So how in the world, like I can't sometimes working on this show brings me into such a crazy place and conviction of my own spirituality, right? And where I am and a follower in faith. But some of these people in these comments, they bring me to tears almost because it's ridiculous. Like I absolutely disagree with 90% of all the folks who are these ones who are Christian who just throw stuff out there. Yeah. It's like you're not following biblical logic, even. You're not even following the Bible with what you're saying.

Here's the case 22. It's the Bible. It's not logic. I don't like what you just said. It's not logic. I mean, logical would be one plus one equals three. And let me explain. If two people have a baby, that's not two. That's three. Me and you equal three. Every time I produce a seed, me and that baby, and my husband now have just, or spouse or wife, or whatever, him, her, they dumb, it, whatever. Every time we produce a seed, that is a third, not a second. Right? We're trying to put math into the Bible. But the Bible don't equal math. Math is man, and the Bible is the Bible. And so we want to take these parables and apply them to our life when it's just a parable. And that's the issue, is we want to use scripture when it's convenient. Right?

But the minute we disagree with you, you know what I'm saying? I mean, we want to use scripture and say Christianity in the Bible, but the minute I disagree with you, then I'm finding the scripture thereof. But I can also find another scripture disagree with. You get what I'm saying? The Bible is a book of contradictory. But I don't think we really um want to deal with it. I think, I think we're so, I think our bloodlines have have embedded the DNA of Christianity in us so much until you see us coming out of it now. We are trying to come out of it now because it is our bloodline and saying, hey, every time y'all pass Christianity, you're getting weaker and weaker and weaker and weaker.

No, not we're going to they can they can scroll the comments and find them. But Um, uppitybritt um dot JPG. People hate Epha and other spiritual faiths, but don't want to hear the peace it brings. You can turn away from it if you want, but please don't call it demonic. It's our ancestors and our faith. Yes, I know Christianity is an African faith. That's not what I mean by our. And I'm not here for an argument or discussion. So I think the part that made this one feel interesting to me is the fact that she is saying that Christianity is an African faith.

Let's just be real clear about this. And I wish I would have bought that picture. It's from 100,000 BC until present-day how religion came into play. And to be clear, there is no direct connection between Christians and Africans. There is none. When you look at it, and I'm going, we're gonna post it, when you look at it, it will show a line for Africans and their spread, and then it will show when Christianity came into play. And there is no, there is no line that intersects the two of them.

So what about the first Bible? This is not from the comments or anything, but the first Bible being Ethiopian.

Well, and I would like to preference this by saying I have not um technically researched this, what I'm about to say. But this is my feeling. The reason why they said the first Bible is an Ethiopian is because they had to put it in a language that they wanted to be submissive first. So I don't necessarily believe that it was um it was presented that way because in order to be superior, right, you have to present as superior. And so when we see the picture, you're going to see the Bible came into play and how that was not a part of the original set of religion, right? Um, but again, in order to create slaves, and I'm meaning not necessarily, I ain't even talking about blacks at this point, subordinates, right? In order to do that, you have to have something superior. And so I think that they used superiority in Ethiopian, in the Ethiopian land. That was the biggest language. It's like English. It's like English. You know what I'm saying? So um I call bullshit on it all. I think that it was a tool, it was a weapon, and it is something that again ciphers us as a people. The reason why we still here is because we were here 60,000 years before they even implanted on this earth. You know how hard it is to get 60,000 years of people and DNA erased? They want to know why we still making it and why we still thriving and why we still here. It's because we was fucking here 60,000 years before y'all even was in existence.

I was surviving, I was still living, I was still doing, I was still blessed, but I was in hell because I was not authentically who I was. Is this the Jesus the ancestor? Uh yes. Okay. Well, this nigga right here, let me tell you by who she gets that from the Bible. I mean, I'm just saying, if a human dies, they become an ancestor. That's just what the fucking word ancestor means. I don't understand why. What is so confusing about what I said? If you die, you are an ancestor. Everybody who dies becomes an ancestor. Let me tell you what makes you an ancestor. You were born. It's not that fucking complicated. Anytime you come out of your mother's vagina or her stomach, whichever way it came, out of her womb, you became a human. And when humans die, we become ancestors. I ain't say we become good ancestors. I ain't say we become right. I hope you elevated. I hope I'm elevated too. But baby, just regular common sense, basic definition, no education needed. When you're born, the day you die, you become an ancestor. So anybody at whatever point that was born on this earth, young or old, when they die, they're an ancestor.
